Perhaps best known for its Chardonnay, Cold Creek Vineyard also grows top red grapes. This is a great example with its aromas of chocolate-dipped raspberries and sweet spices and flavors of bold, ripe plums. The plentiful fruit keeps up with somewhat aggressive tannins. A wine to age for a few years or pair with a thick steak.
