SCHRAMSBERG BLANC DE NOIR

"TheBlanc de Noirs is a result of an early harvest, which gave us wines with ripe, rich flavors and bold character. Exotic aromas of nutmeg and spice are complimented by the sweeter notes of strawberries, orange marmalade, and baked apples. I also find nuances of roasted almonds and pecans as a result of the aging en tirage. The flavors are full-bodied with a creamy texture on the palate. The vibrant acidity gives this cuvee a wonderfully dry, cleansing finish. This wine will age exceptionally for 10 ' 15 years.
