This is a signature wine of distinction. It is medium weight with a black cherry hue and intense fruit. It has a wonderful sweet mid-palate, and gripping lingering finish. It is creamy with a complexity of sweet spices and lush fruit. The blend of Cabernet Franc adds to the complexity of this wine with 47% from Spring Valley Vineyard, 30% Patrick Paul Vineyard, and 7% from Edgeknoll Vineyard. The small addition of Merlot elevates the charm of this wine with 9% Merlot from Spring Valley Vineyard, and 7% from Edgeknoll.
