WALLA WALLA VINTNERS WASHINGTON STATE CUVEE 2008

We have done it agian! We have crafted another delightful Cuvee like the one in 1996 which is one of the most requested wines we have produced. This Cuvee has a leg up on the '96 because most of the grapes are from Walla Walla Valley. The Cuvee has dark wild huckleberry hue and a milk chocolate nose. It is ripe and generous with layers of soft tannins. Like the Cuvee it is stylish and framed by sweet edges and a lingering lush, berry finish. The blend contains 52% Caberent Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc. The vineyards that have contributed to this wine are Edgeknoll, Spring Valley, Venessa, and Whitestone.
